Two of Buffalo’s proudest culinary traditions come together in a meal best served deep fried over french fries, and accompanied by your favorite dipping sauces, like hot sauce and bleu cheese.
Fry 6-7 mins until golden brown and heated through.
Remove from oil. Let excess oil drip off before plating.
Fry french fries separately.
Plating
Arrange french fries at bottom of basket and carefully arrange pierogi on top. Include small containers of hot sauce and bleu cheese in the basket, along with the carrots and celery.
