A new take on the classic Buffalo, NY sandwich, Ru’s beef on weck pierogi are deep fried and served with french fries, pickles and delicious homemade horsey dipping sauce (horseradish).
Combine mayo, sour cream, horseradish, worcestershire, hot sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder in mixing bowl.
Whisk until fully blended.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Pierogi Cooking Instructions
Heat vegetable oil to 350°F.
Carefully add frozen pierogi to oil.
Fry 6-7 mins until golden brown and heated through.
Remove from oil. Let excess oil drip off before plating.
Plating
Serve Ru’s Beef On Weck Pierogi over french fries or chips and top with caraway seeds, pickles and other favorite garnishes. Accompany with a bowl of horsey sauce for dipping.
