A craveable combination of heat and creaminess, Ru’s banana pepper and cheese pierogi are deep fried and served over french fries, accompanied by your favorite dipping sauces, such as bleu cheese, sour cream or marinara.
Fry 6-7 mins until golden brown and heated through.
Remove from oil. Let excess oil drip off before plating.
Fry french fries separately.
Plating
Arrange french fries at bottom of basket and carefully arrange pierogi on top. Include a small container of sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce in the basket.
