Ru's Banana Pepper and Cheese Pierogi

A craveable combination of heat and creaminess, Ru’s banana pepper and cheese pierogi are deep fried and served over french fries, accompanied by your favorite dipping sauces, such as bleu cheese, sour cream or marinara.

  • Ru's Banana Pepper and Cheese Pierogi1 doz
  • French Fries1 lb
  • Sour Cream2 oz
  • Vegetable Oil for Deep Frying
  • Pierogi Cooking Instructions
    • Heat vegetable oil to 350°F.
    • Carefully add frozen pierogi to oil.
    • Fry 6-7 mins until golden brown and heated through.
    • Remove from oil. Let excess oil drip off before plating.
    • Fry french fries separately.
  • Plating
    • Arrange french fries at bottom of basket and carefully arrange pierogi on top. Include a small container of sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce in the basket.
